Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are generally not issued once services have begun. However, if you believe an error has occurred or you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will work diligently to review your concern and find a fair resolution.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice as outlined in their agreement. All completed work up to the cancellation date remains billable.
